Hospital & Appointment Check-In
Franklin General Hospital is committed to making your visit as smooth and efficient as possible. Our patient check-in process is designed to help patients and families quickly access the care and services they need for appointments, procedures, and hospital visits. Please arrive a few minutes early and have your photo ID, insurance information, and any required paperwork available at check-in. If you have questions before your visit, our staff is happy to assist you.
All patients are required to check-in for hospital and clinic services including, lab, radiology and/or surgeries. For clinic visits, laboratory or radiology services, please park in front of the hospital, use the main entrance and check in with any of the registration staff on the left, past the clinic entrance.
As of July 2022, during the construction project to expand our Emergency Department, individuals with appointments for outpatient services – surgery, injection, stress test – during regular business hours should use the main FGH entrance (Door C). Door K on the northwest side of the building should be used for emergency visits and outpatient appointments after 4:30 p.m. and before 7:00 a.m.
Regardless of where you check in, please have your insurance card, a photo ID and payment for any applicable co-pays and deductibles available.
